BOIL GARLIC CLOVES 15 SECONDS -DRAIN ABD PEEL
TOSS CAULIFLOWER WITH GARLIC,3 TBSP OLIVE OIL,
SALT AND PEPPER -SPREAD INTO SINGLE LAYER AND
ROAST - STIRRING TWICE - 20 - 25 MINS.
PUT IN LG BOWL AND ADD REMAINING 1 1/2 TBSP
OLIVE OIL,PARSLEY,PINE NUTS AND LEMON JUICE
SPRINKLE WITH SALT - TOSS
