Cream of Coconut Cake

Very, very rich cake. Fun to make.

Ingredients

  • TOPPING:
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 /l4 cup Oil
  • 8 oz. can Cream of Coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box White Cake mix
  • 1 can Condensed milk, sweetened
  • 8 ounce can Cream of Coconut
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sour cream, oil, 8 oz. Cream of Coconut, eggs and cake mix.

Bake in 23x9in pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

While hot, poke holes in cake and pour 1 can Sweetened
condensed milk over the cake. Let cool.

Top with 8 oz. Cream of Coconut and Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut of nuts, if desired.

Refrigerate.
