Ingredients
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- few grains of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
add chocolate to 1/2 c cream. heat over hot water til choc is melted. Add sugar and salt mix well. Whip remaining cream slightly, no peaks, but thickened. Add choc mixture and vanilla extract. pour into parfait glasses.
place in freezer. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving.
