Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 5-1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 to 3 tsp Greek seasoning (Cavender's)
  • 1 can (10.75-oz) 98% fat-free reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes, until rice is cooked.
