Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 5-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 to 3 tsp Greek seasoning (Cavender's)
- 1 can (10.75-oz) 98% fat-free reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes, until rice is cooked.
