Sweet 'n Sour Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pkgs. chicken flavored Ramen soup/noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw
  • 1 cup slivered almonds (or unsalted sunflower seeds or other nuts of choice)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and Ramen soup flavor packets with whisk. Add slaw, broken noodles and nuts. Mix well and refrigerate. Ready to eat in 10 minutes.
