• 4 eggs
• 1/8 t salt
• 2 T grated
• 2 T lemon rind
• 1 T flour
• 1 T cornmeal
• 1/4 c melted butter
• 1/4 c milk
• 1/4 c lemon juice

Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients. Beat in eggs, add remainder. Pour into unbanked shell. Bake 350 deg 50-60 minutes.
