Ingredients
- 2/3 cup dry potato flakes
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- cut up chicken pieces
- 1/3 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Grease or line with foil a baking dish. In a bowl, combine potato flakes, cheese and garlic salt. Stir until well mixed. Dip chickem pieces into melted butter and roll in potato flake mixture. Bake in prepare dpant for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
