Ingredients
- 3 Cups Cake Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 3 Teaspoons of Vanilla
- 4 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
- and of course, your favorite pancake syrup
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and tenderly mix together.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Gently stir the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir these together very gently, just until combined.
Grease & Pre-heat your skillet to medium heat. Use a ¼ cup measure to pour pancakes on to skillet or griddle. Cook until bubbles form and pop. Flip and cook on bottom side until done.
Stack on a plate, top with fresh fruit and enjoy!!
