Chocolate-Av0cado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 bar dark chocolate
  • 1/2 c semisweet chips
  • 1 T instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 c agave
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • splash of Kalhua (optional)
  • 4 very ripe avocados

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolates in a double boiler. Add coffee and leave til slightly cool. Add all to food processor. Pipe into cups and chill at least 3 hr. Garnish with berries, cherries or mint.
