Ingredients
- 2 oz prosciutto, cooked in 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 c cubed cantaloupe
- 1/2 c fresh mozzarella
- 1/2 c basil
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T white wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Toss 1st 4 ingredients (or skip cooking and put on skewers). Toss/drizzle with oil/vinegar dressing. S&P to taste.
