Ingredients
- 1lb1 lb hot sausage
- 28-oz. packages2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1can1 can of green chili and tomatoes, drained
- 1bag1 bag of tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble and brown the sausage in a medium skillet; drain the grease. Add the softened, room temperature cream cheese and the drained can of chili/tomatoes. Mix thoroughly with a large spoon. Transfer to a serving dish and place on a platter. Surround the serving dish with the tortilla chips.
