Mom's Favourite Steak Marinade

This wonderful marinade not only tenderizes steak, but makes it deliciously tasty!

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Vinegar
• 1/2 Cup Ketchup
• 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
• 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Clove Garlic crushed
• 1/2 Cup Salad Oil
• 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 - 3 Drops Tabasco Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Beef cut should be marindated for 3 - 4 hours or overnight in the refigerator prior to grilling.
