Ingredients

  • 1 pkg(s) Plain Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup(s) Quick Cooking Oats
  • 12 tablespoon(s) Butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup(s) Pecans, Coarsely Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup(s) Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup(s) Sweetened Flaked Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line large baking sheet with silpat or wax paper. Combine cake mix, flour and oats. Add butter, eggs and vanilla and mix on low for one minute. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on medium for one minute. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Using a large cookie dough scoop, drop dough on cookies sheet leaving enough room for spreading. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Leave on pan 1 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
