Ingredients
- 3 lb. Fresh Sweet Potatoes
- 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 3 Tbls Light Brown sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Tbls Butter
- 1 Bag Miniature Marshmellows

Preparation
Step 1
Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Cool and peel, then mash until smooth and creamy.
Add cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & butter. Mash together until well mixed and smooth.
Put in 9" x 9" baking dish.
Cover with marshmellows and bake at 350o F till top is golden brown.
