Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Fresh Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tbls Light Brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbls Butter
  • 1 Bag Miniature Marshmellows

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Cool and peel, then mash until smooth and creamy.

Add cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & butter. Mash together until well mixed and smooth.

Put in 9" x 9" baking dish.

Cover with marshmellows and bake at 350o F till top is golden brown.
