  • 1 lb pork, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 c onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 c celery, chopped finely
  • 1 bag finely shredded cabbage slaw
  • 3 TB oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 2 TB hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp chili oil (optional)
  • 1 TB roasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 TB roasted black sesame seeds
  • non stick cooking spray
  • 1 package wonton wrappers

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F.
On high heat; saute pork in olive oil until no longer pink. Add onions and celery and saute until onion is clear and tender. Add slaw and cook until wilted.
Lower heat and add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili oil and sesame seeds; stir and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
To make rolls:
Take 1 wonton wrapper and spray with cooking spray. Turn over and place 2 TB of pork mixture in a horizontal line near one corner of wrapper. Start with corner and roll up half way; fold in both sides and then finish rolling up. Brush last corner with a little water to help seal it, if needed.
Place on cooking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
Repeat for all wrappers. Spray the tops of rolls one more time with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with additional hoisin sauce.
