  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
  • drizzle of olive oil to coat
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • generous sprinkling of salt
  • black pepper
  • red pepper flakes (only if you like spicy!)

Step 1

preheat oven to 450°. toss everything together until the cauliflower is coated evenly (more or less), spread in a baking sheet and bake for 25 min or until cauliflower is golden brown around the edges. i expected them to be crispier, but the taste was still awesome! cauliflower is like a blank canvas, and absorbs flavors really well. the bland white cousin of broccoli is transformed into a savory and flavorful appetizer, side dish, or even an entrée!
