- 1 c. flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c low fat or skim milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 T melted butter
- Nonstick vegetable-oil cooking spray

Step 1
1. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. spray 10 in skillet-ladle 2 T of batter. Cook 1-2 min and turn over.
3. Crepes can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 1 wk, or frozen for up to 2 months. If frozen thaw wrapped in refrigerater.
