Perfect as finger food at a party or for a snack anytime!
- 3 sheets puff pastry (from two 17.3 ounce packages), thawed
- 6 ounces Swiss cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten

Preheat oven 425. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper. Unfold the pastry sheets and pinch the seams together.
Roll each pastry sheet to a 12 x 10 inch rectangle. Cut each sheet lengthwise into 5 strips.
Finely grate the Swiss cheese into a shallow dish. Brush both sides of the pastry strips with the beaten egg. Press both sides of the pastry strips in the cheese to coat.
Twist the pastry strips. Place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake in the center of the oven until golden, 10-12 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
