Ingredients

  • PARADISE SALAD (THREE JELLO SALAD)
  • 1 pkg. each lime, lemon and cherry Jello small
  • 1 c. peeled diced apples
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (small can)
  • 2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix package of cherry Jello with 1 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup apples, congeal.

Drain, pineapple well. Heat juice in saucepan add lemon Jello and cream cheese, beat well add nuts and mix. Pour onto the congealed Jello and congeal this. Mix lime Jello with 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add crushed pineapple pour on top of prepared Jello and congeal. Ready to serve.
