- Ingredients for crumble
- 3 oz butter- room temperature
- 6 oz plain flour
- 2 oz brown sugar
- 2 oz nuts (optional)
- Ingredients for fruit filling
- 1 lb. fruit or 1 bag cranberries
- 3-4 oz sugar (white) more for cranberries
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 2-3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp tapioca

Preparation
Step 1
grease a rectangular oven proof dish
mix all fruit filling ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand
make crumble- rub fat into the flour first, then add the brown sugar. keep the crumble a bit lumpy.
place fruit filling in the oven proof dish. top with crumble topping.
bake at 375-400 F for 45 minutes
