Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely diced processed american cheese
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped canned pickled jalapeno chili pepper
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
- Tortilla Chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the cheeses in the top pan of a double boiler or in a heatproof bowl. Place over simmering water until melted, about 5 minutes. Or combine cheeses in a microwave safe container and place in a microwave oven set on high for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the chili and bell pepper to the melted cheeses and stir to mix well.
3. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately
