Ingredients
- chicken
- salt
- buttermilk
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken in buttermilk at least 3 hours
Drain and pat dry
Coat in dry ingredients and fry in 1/4" oil until brown
