- 1 box 8.5 oz. precooked wild rice
- 1 1/2 T butter
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Prepare rice by the directions on box. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add carrot and cook until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in rice, parsley, pepper, and salt, cook 1 minute.
