CAJUN BLACKENING RUB

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and store in tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
