Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 3/4 cup flour
• 2 tsp cream of tarter
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a mixer. Mix well and add in rest of ingredients. Make balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar. Placed on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 9 minutes.
