Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ground beef, garlic salt, bread crumbs, egg, parsley flakes, milk, salt and pepper; mix well.
Form in 12 meatballs.
Place in 3-quart glass casserole.
Microwave on high for 7 to 8 minutes; drain.
Combine mushrooms, sour cream and flour; pour over meatballs.
Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes.
Serve over hot buttered noodles, if desired.
