Ingredients
- 1 (2 pound) round steak
- 1/2 cup. minced onion
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cut round steak into serving pieces.
Place in 3-quart glass casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Microwave, covered, on simmer 40 to 50 minutes.
