Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tea. minced garlic
- 2 tea. sesame oil
- 3/4 tea. minced ginger
- cooking spray
- 4 (6 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler.
Combine first 6 ingredients. Remove 2 Tbsp. of hoisin mixture, and reserve to brush on cooked chicken. Line as shallow roasting pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Place chicken on prepared pan. Brush 2 Tbsp. of hoisin mixture evenly over chicken, broil 5 minutes. Turn chicken over; brush with 2 Tbsp. hoisin mixture. Broil 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Spoon reserved hoisin mixture over cooked chicken.
Serve with lime wedges.
