Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 8oz can mushrooms (drained)
- 2-3 cups cooked turkey (chopped)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 12 oz thin spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can cream celery soup
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Put spaghetti noodles in pot and boil. Cook and drain noodles. Saute mushrooms, onions, and butter in a large skillet for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients(including cooked noodles) except the mozzarella cheese. Put in a large buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and a little parmesean cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
