Cranberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 7 ingredients until blended. Stir in olive oil, 1 tbs at a time, until well blended.
