Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pound Cream Cheese
- 1-3/4 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon lemon; grated
- 1-1/2 teaspoon orange rind
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese, sugar, flour, grated rinds, and vanilla. Add eggs and egg
yolks one at a time, stirring lightly after each addition. Stir in cream.
Bake 400 °F until light and gold.
