Fiesta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) package lowfat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped jarred roasted red bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  • Fresh Squash Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Process first 7 ingredients in a food prosor 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in red peppers and green onion. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with Fresh Squash Chips.
