Molho Cru (Portuguese Sauce for Fish)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all together and let stand a few hours or overnight.
Pour over warm fish and serve.
