Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe, firm mangoes, peeled, pitted and cubed
  • 3 cups peeled and finely chopped plum tomatoes
  • 2 small white onions, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 to 3 red chiles, finely chopped
  • 10 tbsp lemon juice
  • Grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 2 to 3 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill well before serving.
