Ingredients
- 2 ripe, firm mangoes, peeled, pitted and cubed
- 3 cups peeled and finely chopped plum tomatoes
- 2 small white onions, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 to 3 red chiles, finely chopped
- 10 tbsp lemon juice
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- 2 to 3 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill well before serving.
