Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup petite diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 cup onions diced
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup carrots shredded
- 3 tbsp. sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Place the chicekn in the crockpot, sprinkle on the seasoning, layer with veggies and salsa on top.Pour 1/2 cup water over the mixture.
Set on low cook 6-8 hours.
The meat is cooked when it shredds.
When ready to serve break up the chickenwith 2 forks.
stir in the sour cream.
