Ingredients
- For the vinaigrette:
- Phase 3
- Serves 2
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbls. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- For the wraps:
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 4 ounces shredded cooked chicken
- 4 ounces cooked turkey bacon
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 sprouted-grain tortillas
- Sea salt and black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Shake the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar. Toss the greens with the vinaigrette, and then stuff the greens and all other wrap ingredients into the tortillas. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
