  • 12 medium to large potatoes
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2-3 cups celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 16 oz jar cheese
  • 16 oz container sour cream
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 roll sausage, fried and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Peel and dice potatoes, onion, and celery. Put in a large soup pot and cover with water. Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and cook to desired consistency. Add cheeses, sour cream, and sausage. If needed, thicken with instant mashed potato flakes.
