Ingredients
- 1 stick softened butter
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 15.25 oz can cream corn
- 1 15.25 oz can corn drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn brean mix

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Grease/butter/Pam a 9x9 pan
In a large bowl Manually cream together butter, sour cream and eggs
Add both cans of corn and the box of Jiffy corn bread mix to bowl
mix until everything is moist. Do not Over mix
Bake for 45 min. or until toothpick comes out cleam
