Pineapple Casserole

  • 1 (20oz.) can pineapple chunks - drain and save juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 T. pineapple juice
  • 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese



Step 1

Spray shallow dish. Combine crackers with melted butter and set aside. Mix sugar, flour, and pineapple juice. Pour into dish. Spoon on pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese then cracker mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
