Mardi Gras Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canola mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 cups very thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 cup very thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot (1 medium)
  • 3 thinly sliced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add remaining ingredients, and toss to coat.
