  • 1 medium-large Granny Smith apple
  • 1 (12 oz) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 oz rough chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 3/8 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (3 oz) package orange gelatin
  • 2 T cold water
  • 3/8 c. boiling water



Step 1

Grind up apple and cranberries. Add nuts, salt, sugar, and OJ concentrate. In another bowl soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water. add dissolved gelatin to ground fruit. Mold and refrigerate until set.
