Ingredients
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut in 1/4" julienne
- 1 red bell pepper, julienne strips
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1 sm can sliced black olives, drained
- 1/2 package (16 oz) package Ziti noodles, cooked
- Dressing
- 2/3 c olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t parsley
- 1 t basil
- 1 t oregano
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, tomatoes, olives, and ziti.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over pasta mixture, tossing gently.
Cover and chill 2 hrs.
Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
