Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped (or substitute onion powder)
- 5 cups canned baked beans
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain excess grease. Add remaining ingredients. In crock-pot, cook on low 4-6 hours. Or in baking dish, bake at 325° for 30-45 minutes.
