Barbecued Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped (or substitute onion powder)
  • 5 cups canned baked beans
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain excess grease. Add remaining ingredients. In crock-pot, cook on low 4-6 hours. Or in baking dish, bake at 325° for 30-45 minutes.
