Ingredients
- 10 cups plain, unsalted popped popcorn
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp melted butter

Step 1
Place popcorn in a large serving bowl. Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle popcorn with butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture; toss to coat.
For a savory version, try 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 2 tsp dried chives, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried tarragon. Season with salt.
