Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c crisco
• 1 egg
• 1 t cinnamon
• 4 c flour
• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 1 1/c c pumpkin
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 c br.sugar
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 t vanilla

Preheat oven 350*

Cream crisco,sugars,egg and vanilla. Mix in pumpkin. Add dry ingred. Drop by rounded t on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 min.l When completely cooled. Frost w

Icing:
1/2 c crisco
4 t milk
1/4 c butter
2 1/2 c pwd.sugar
1 t vanilla
2 T marshmallow fluff

Beat crisco,sugar, milk and vanilla on high x 5 min.l add butter and beat until smooth.l Add fluff and continue to mix for 2 min.
