Tuna Mushroom Casserole (TOH)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (12oz) wide egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 can (12oz) water packed tuna drained and flaked
  • 1 can (4oz) mushroom stems and pieces drained
  • 1 can (10-3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1-1/3 c milk
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 c crushed saltines
  • 3 T butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl combine the noodles, tuna, and mushrooms. In another bowl combine the soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over noodle mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased 2-1/2qt baking dish. Combine the saltines and butter; sprinkle over noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until heated through.
