Topless Reuben

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup sauerkraut, rinsed
• 1 slice rye/wheat toasted
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 oz cooked slice turkey
• 1 oz slice swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat sauerkraut. Drain wll. Spread toast with mustard & top with turkey. Spread sauerkraut over turkey and top with cheese. Heat in microwave until warmed through & cheese begins to melt.
