Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat chocolate soy or dairy milk
  • 1 banana, in chunks
  • 1 (12 ounce) package soft silken tofu
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
  • 4 ounces bittersweet dark chocolate, melted
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender and mix on high speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into wide-mouthed cups and if desired, top each with a dollop of whipped cream.
