Pickled mushrooms

Great with thanksgiving dinner

Ingredients

  • 4 cups small mushrooms
  • Apple cider vinegar to cover
  • 2 tsp pickling spices
  • 3 tblsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Wash mushrooms and place in saucepan. Cover with water and boil for 20 minutes. Drain and return to saucepan . Cover. With vinegar and add seasonings. Return to boil. Take of heat and put into jars.
