Whipped Cream Frosting & Filling

Simply using this light airy whipped cream as a frosting or filling will make your cake ever so decadent.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups LAND O LAKES™ Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat whipping cream and sugar in small bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form. Gently stir in vanilla. Store refrigerated.

TIP: Keeps well in refrigerator for up to 4 days. If mixture softens, rewhip to stiff peaks.

VARIATIONS:

Chocolate Chip: Gently stir in 1/4 cup grated chocolate.
